![]() ![]() They'd didn't really get a chance to do their thing since John more or less took over the whole show. Tammy and Russ weren't bad, I'm sure the show was a bit awkward for them. John sounds like a real sad sack at the end of the show and I would have felt bad for him if he wasn't such a guttersnipe earlier. I wouldn't have been surprised either way, but I think it shows a lot of Artie's character that he was cool about it, especially after John's suicide and bleach jokes. I had a sort of uneasy giddiness when he mentioned this because I wasn't sure how Artie was going to take it. ![]() I had no idea his one kid was transgender. John's news about his family was pretty surprising. I don't think Artie wanted to avoid answering John's questions, he just could tell John wasn't being genuine. I think Artie handled John well, he made John sound like an idiot. He also sounds extremely phony when he tries to get serious with Artie, like he's trying to get some juicy info out of Artie for the publicity. Has John forgot what his job used to be? He comes off as a bitter and jealous douche that is trying to kiss any ass in the business that will give him the time of day. I don't know how John can sit there with a straight face and tell Artie that he thinks Larry the Cable Guy is funny, or that he doesn't like when Artie rips on other comedians. Yea Artie was busting his balls but it was pretty lighthearted and totally deserved in my opinion. The whole episode he sounds like the dude at the party who drinks too much and airs your dirty laundry in front of friends. Stuttering John has turned into a huge asshole or is just a very annoying drunk. ARTIE QUITTER PODCAST YOUTUBE FULLIt was full of interesting moments and hilarious schadenfreude.
